i-Fun Viewer 8.0 is the latest released version of this freeware utility for Windows. We can download this software directly from the developer’s website. It is optional to register by entering our e-mail address before downloading the program. It is delivered for non-commercial usage only. i-Fun Viewer is an image viewer which supports images with the following image formats extensions: JPEG/BMP/GIF/WMF/EMF/PNG/TIF/TIFF/PCX/TGA/DIB/RLE/PBM/PGM/PPM/JIF. When opening the program, we can see our entire directory; select any folder or file and all the images found in them will be automatically displayed as thumbnails, small thumbs, or filename. We can view them manually, automatically as a slide show, or as slide show in full screen mode. We are allowed to edit them. Each image can be copied to clipboard, cut, resized, rotated, flipped, and cropped. We can remove red eyes, apply effects, open in editor, acquire from camera or scanner, sort by file name, size, date, and type, send by e-mail, print, move, copy and many more. There is a good help guide although the program itself is quite intuitive and gives information for the toolbar icons by putting our mouse cursor on any of them. It runs under Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, and Vista operating systems.
